□ Expected Effects and Future Steps
ㅇ As government, business owners, business associations, consumers, and consumer groups gather together and discuss how they can contribute to more effective implementation of policies and regulations on consumer rights promotion, it will help them rethink what can be done to establish a fair trade order and to improve consumer rights.
ㅇ Suggestions and ideas discussed at the forum will be forwarded to relevant authorities so that they can be used as reference data in revising policy towards establishing a fair trade order and promoting consumer rights.
ㅇ In addition, the results of the "survey on simplification of standardized contract terms and standardization of contract terms" will be utilized as a basic reference data in simplifying standardized contract terms and standardizing contract terms for other service businesses.
